Gorgias is an ecommerce helpdesk plus AI Agent aimed at Shopify brands. One inbox covers email, chat, SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook, with order actions and a native Shopify connection. The company says the AI Agent can resolve support and also sell, and that it is not priced per agent.

gorgias.com/pricing schema lists Starter at $10 per month (50 tickets, $0.40 overage, monthly billing only, 30 included automated AI interactions). Basic is $50 per month billed annually or $60 monthly (300 tickets). Pro is $300 annually or $360 monthly (2,000 tickets). Advanced is $750 annually or $900 monthly (5,000 tickets). Enterprise is custom. AI Agent is $0.90 per automated interaction on annual plans and $1.00 on monthly plans; each automated interaction also counts as a helpdesk ticket. Overage above the included AI allowance is $1.50 per interaction. The billing FAQ mentions canceling a trial but does not state its length. Last checked 5 October 2026.
