Fin, from Intercom, is a customer agent for service, inbound sales, and ecommerce. It answers and takes actions across chat, email, voice, SMS, WhatsApp, and social, and it can sit on Intercom or another helpdesk. The company says setup with any helpdesk can be live in under an hour and that configuration does not require engineering.

fin.ai/pricing lists Fin with your current helpdesk at $0.99 per outcome, with a 50-outcome monthly minimum. Resolutions, Procedure handoffs, disqualifications, and self-serve routings are $0.99; qualifications are $9.99. Intercom seat plans start at $29 per helpdesk seat per month plus $0.99 per outcome. Copilot is $35 per user per month. The Pro add-on, which includes Operator, starts at $99 per month. A 14-day trial needs no card and includes unlimited Fin outcomes. Fin Voice is custom.
