Opera's December 11, 2025 Neon news post says the public early-access subscription is $19.90 per month. An August 14, 2026 Opera news post says a Free plan lets you download Neon and connect your own agents over MCP or the Opera Browser CLI, and that the Standard subscription is required for Neon's own AI, including autonomous browsing, deep research, Skills, and generative agents. The August post does not restate the dollar amount.
