   Browserbase is a platform for running agents that browse, fill forms, and act where an API does not exist, plus Search and Fetch APIs and Agent Identity for logins and CAPTCHAs. The company says it runs more than 35 million browser sessions a month across 10,000 customers, and that Stagehand, its AI browser SDK, is maintained by Browserbase.

   Mac users who want tab- and tool-aware chat inside the browser, with a free non-AI browser if they do not pay.

   Dia is a browser from The Browser Company that can pull context from connected tools such as Slack, Notion, and Teams and turn it into a shareable report. The plans page says the free Better Browser has no AI, Better Answers is chat with page and tool context, and Better Days adds more usage plus briefs, recaps, and reports.

   Microsoft Edge Copilot Mode

   Copilot in Microsoft Edge uses open tabs to compare, summarize, and draft, and can group browsing into Journeys on the new tab page. Microsoft says Copilot helps when you ask, and that optional context, video highlights, and memory stay under user control.

   OpenAI's introduction of ChatGPT Atlas describes a macOS browser with ChatGPT in the page, built-in memory, and an agent mode that could research, automate tasks, and book while the user browsed. OpenAI's help article on evolving Atlas says the browser was scheduled to stop working on August 9, 2026, with browser-based agent work moving into ChatGPT and Codex.
