ElevenLabs Agents is a conversational AI product for voice and chat, with a workflow builder, knowledge base, and phone connectivity through a customer's telephony provider. The agents pricing page bills by call minutes and says LLM usage is extra.

Extra call minutes are $0.08, burst minutes $0.16, and text messages $0.003. LLM and external telephony such as Twilio or SIP are billed separately. ElevenLabs says it adds no telephony fee of its own.
