Cline is an open-source coding agent for the editor, terminal, desktop, and an SDK, licensed Apache 2.0. The homepage says it can plan then act, edit across a project, run bash, and use Claude, GPT, Gemini, Ollama, LM Studio, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint.
