Fetcher names plans and shows $649 next to Amplify, not a self-serve starting price. LinkedIn Hiring Assistant is not listed: the page did not load when we checked on 5 October 2026.

## Pricing, features, and summaries

1

### Juicebox

Recruiters and small teams sourcing from a large profile database

Juicebox (PeopleGPT) lets recruiters search in natural language, review a ranked pool, and send outreach sequences. Agents can run in the background, and the site says the user stays in control of sends.

2

### SeekOut

Recruiters who need external search plus ATS rediscovery

SeekOut searches 1 billion-plus profiles, scores inbound applicants, and can run a short structured screening interview. It also runs inside Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, and Amazon Quick through SeekOut MCP, included with Sourcing at no extra cost.

SeekOut pricing and features/SeekOut alternatives

3

### Gem

Talent teams that want sourcing and CRM with or without replacing the ATS

Gem combines sourcing across 800 million profiles, application review, fraud detection, CRM, ATS, scheduling, and analytics. It can sit on Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, or iCIMS, or replace the ATS for smaller teams.

Gem pricing and features/Gem alternatives

4

### Ribbon

Teams that want every applicant screened before a recruiter talks to them

Ribbon interviews applicants automatically, scores them against a rubric, and flags unusual response patterns. The site says it syncs with 60+ ATS products and sends interview invites by SMS, email, and WhatsApp.

Ribbon pricing and features/Ribbon alternatives

5

### Alex

Teams that need high-volume first-round interviews

Alex interviews candidates by phone, video, or text, scores applications for fraud risk, and can book qualified candidates on a team's calendar. The site says it supports 30 languages and 33 ATS integrations, and that recruiters still make the hiring decisions.

6

### Paradox

High-volume employers that want conversational hiring on top of an ATS

Paradox's assistant Olivia handles job search and apply, screening by chat or text, interview scheduling, offers, onboarding, events, and referrals. The site says it can keep an existing ATS and names Workday and SAP SuccessFactors connectors, plus Indeed Apply.

Paradox pricing and features/Paradox alternatives

7

### HireVue

Employers that want skills-based screening at scale

HireVue combines structured interviews, assessments, an AI interviewer, and a live-interview co-pilot on Zoom or Teams. The site says recommendations come with evidence and that recruiters remain responsible for the hiring decision.

HireVue pricing and features/HireVue alternatives

8

### hireEZ

Recruiting teams consolidating sourcing through scheduling onto one ATS

hireEZ says a recruiter briefs an agent and it returns candidates with reasons, then covers career pages, ATS enrichment, applicant review, conversational screening, and interview scheduling. It describes itself as one system on top of the ATS a team already uses.

9

### Fetcher

Teams that want sourced profiles delivered, not only a search box

Fetcher sources and screens candidate profiles for recruiting teams, and the homepage says an expert team can be paired with the AI. It also mentions ATS, CRM, email, and Slack integrations.

## What is an AI recruiter?

An AI recruiter searches for people, drafts outreach, or runs a first-round interview. AI recruiting software can be any of those. A database with a search box is a sourcing tool. An interview product that asks the questions is closer to an agent. Most of the expensive ones still hide the price.

AI recruiting tools, an AI recruiting platform, and an AI sourcing tool are the phrases buyers use for the same shelf. The products are not interchangeable.

## How AI recruiting software works

Juicebox, Gem, SeekOut, hireEZ, and Fetcher search for candidates and push them toward an ATS. Alex, Paradox, and HireVue are closer to the interview or the high-volume screen, and they sell through a demo. Ribbon publishes a higher monthly price and is aimed at agencies running search.

LinkedIn Hiring Assistant is not on this list. Its product page did not load on 5 October 2026, so there is no price or workflow here for it.

## Features of an AI recruiting platform

Read whether the product finds people, interviews them, or only stores them.

- A search that is more than a keyword on a resume

- A handoff into the ATS you already use

- A price, or a clear statement that you have to talk to sales

## Benefits of AI recruiting tools

The first pass of a req takes less time, if you bought the layer that was actually slow.

- Spend less time on the first pass of a req

- Separate sourcing tools from interview tools before you buy both

- Skip a demo when the starting price is on the site

## Who uses an AI sourcing tool

In-house recruiting teams and agencies comparing a sourcing seat with an automated interviewer. A small agency that needs a published number should start with Juicebox, Gem, or SeekOut. A high-volume hourly employer is the Paradox and HireVue conversation.

## AI recruiting software pricing

Starting points we could verify: Juicebox from $99/seat/mo. Alex, Paradox, and HireVue are custom. Gem from $130/mo. SeekOut from $149/mo. Ribbon's published price starts at $499 a month on the annual view we opened. Fetcher names plans and associates Amplify with $649, but that is not a clean self-serve starting price.

Last checked 5 October 2026. Custom means the vendor did not show a dollar amount.

## How to choose AI recruiting tools

If you need to start without a sales call, Juicebox publishes $99 per seat. Gem and SeekOut publish higher monthly prices. Alex, Paradox, and HireVue are demo products.

Read Ribbon's seat and role limits before treating $499 as a starter plan. Do not add a sourcing seat and an interview product in the same week unless you already know which step is slow.
