The pricing page offers a free Foundations start, consumption through Flex Credits or Conversations, and per-user licenses. ## Pricing

salesforce.com/agentforce/pricing lists Salesforce Foundations at $0, including Agentforce Builder, Prompt Builder, Agent Script, Agentforce Coworker, and Agentforce Vibes. Conversations are $2 per conversation for customer-facing agents. Flex Credits are $500 per 100,000 credits; a standard action is 20 credits and a voice action is 30. The Agentforce user license is $5 per user per month. Flat-fee add-on access is $125 per user per month for unmetered employee agent usage. Help Agent Resolutions are listed at $2.
